Let me start with Fadelah, she’s amazin! I spent £140 with Superdrug for a home test kit that took 2 weeks to give me my results so I decided to call the sexual health clinic and Fadelah managed to get me in the same day for test with Sonny. Sonny couldn’t have done anything different and hands down the least painful blood test I’ve ever had! (Which is always a bonus) he treated me promptly and as much as I don’t want to revise the clinic, I’d be more than happy to again aha! These guys need a pay rise!

I am deaf and wearing hearing aids. This is on my records and should be flagged up for every appointment as it is a main communication issue. The staff would turn their head away to talk to me and mumble so I couldn't hear and couldn't do what they wanted me to do. When I told them that I am deaf and wear hearing aids, I was not taken seriously until I explained that I can't hear their instructions. They said that they couldn't see my records to see that I have this communication need.

A major communication issue like being deaf and wearing hearing aids should be flagged and this information given to all departments that I have appointments with.
